This bread can be cooked in a regular oven but is yummiest out of an Earth friendly woodfired stove. Bread for the soul!

Ingredients
- 3 cups flour
- 1 cup mixed seeds (pepitas, rye, sunflowers, linseed)
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp bakers yeast
- 2 cups of warm, not hot, water.

Method
- Mix dry ingredients together in a big bowl
- Add water and mix thoroughly
- Cover with plastic bag that you wash and reuse especially for this purpose
- Leave to rise in warm place for at least 3 hours. Overnight is best
- Add baking paper to the bottom of your bread tin and grease tin well, including lid if you have one.
- Pour mixture into baking tin and leave to settle again for an hour
- Meanwhile, preheat oven to about 200~c (stoke up your fire!)
- Pop tin in oven and bake for 45 minutes. If your tin has a lid, bake with lid on and then remove lid and bake for and extra 10-15 minutes to brown the top.
- Remove from oven, flip upside down onto wire rack or chopping board to cool before slicing.
- Enjoy!
